dog owner warning- fireworks display July 3rd near Sunningdale Club
dogs always get scared when there are fireworks
The Sunningdale Country Club has received a permit for their fireworks show for their members on Wednesday, July 3rd. The country club is located on Underhill Road in Edgemont. There is no parking for the public at the club.
Am writing this e mail because dog owners who live near the country club might want to take precautions since dogs frequently get scared when there are fireworks displays. Was asked, in previous years, to notify residents when private clubs are holding fireworks displays.
The town of Greenburgh has, in recent years, sponsored our annual fireworks display at AF Veteran park, Heatherdell Road, during family day. This year the display will be held on July 20th. That display is visible in Edgemont, parts of Hartsdale and Ardsley.
