The [Good Enough] Parent in the 21st Century
Parents and grandparents: You are invited to attend a conference on Sunday, March 20, 2011, from noon to 2:00 p.m., at the Church. Though the event is free, it's important to register in advance (see below).
The conference, titled The [Good Enough] Parent in the 21st Century, is intended to inspire and empower parents of kids ages 2 through 15. Childcare and lunch will be available (the children's program will cost $5 and will include lunch, activities and special guests; the lunch for attendees will cost $5, and the proceeds will benefit Lakota Youth and the Church's Youth Action Committee).

Four special workshops will be held:
- Creating Structure and Setting Limits
- Digital Landmines -- Cyber Bullying and Internet Safety
- Difficult Conversations and Open Communication
- Fatherhood for 21st Century Dads
