Join certified personal trainer and fitness instructor Jeannine Palermo in this six-session class on Tuesdays from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. or Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Evolution Fitness.  Use free-weights and dynabands to increase strength and endurance and to improve flexibility, range of motion, and body tone.
