EMBRACING MENOPAUSE: A MIND-BODY APPROACH

Learn about and begin to develop the resources you need for your health and well-being during mid-life, menopause and beyond. This workshop will focus on the exercise, nutrition and emotional strategies that will serve you well during this time of change. This workshop will include:

Exercise: Learn how you can use strength training to improve bone density, Pilates to improve balance, and yoga for flexibility and relaxation.

Nutrition: Discover specific foods that support bone, heart and hormonal health, including sources of essential fatty acids and other micronutrients.


Life coaching: Learn ways to embrace change and manage emotions and relationships during mid-life.
