Jake’s Wayback Burgers will kick off its 5th annual Chowdown Showdown Burger Eating Contest on August 11th at 2 p.m. at participating locations, including Hartsdale, New York.
Contestants will be challenged to devour the Triple Triple Burger, a nine patty burger with nine slices of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, in the fastest time. The winner with the fastest time at each location will win an iPad2 and will be entered in Jake’s Wayback Burgers Facebook video contest, “Why Wayback is Waybetter” for a chance to win the $1,000 cash grand prize. The contest entry fee is $20.
