J/Connections: A Cultural Day for Seniors at JCC Mid-Westchester with Film and TV Editor and Producer Darren Peister

J/Connections will offer a cultural, social and informational day for seniors on Thursdays.  Socialize over kosher style brown bag lunches brought from home.  Light refreshments served.

10:30 - Noon:  Film and Tv Editor and Producer Darren Peister will present "Tubeless TV."  With the pervaseiveness of video cameras and the internet, see how the medium has become a worldwide democracy for almost everyone.

1:30 - 2:30 pm:  Author Marjorie Gottleib Wolfe will discuss, "The Bintel Brief in 2010."  Discuss what types of letters we would write today to the Editor of the "Bintel Brief."
