Laughter is deceptively simple yet a very powerful and life-changing form of exercise.  It's a natural healer.  Join me for a different kind of workout - one that lightens your load with an "inner workout" of breathing, laughing and clapping exercises.  Release stress, learn supportive information, enjoy community and walk out with a smile on your face and a feeling of peace and happiness.
