Speed and Agility Vacation Break Camp, 7-14 yr olds.

This camp for kids aged 7-14 will be held at Velocity Sports Performance in Elmsford.  Velocity is a state of the art 18,000 sq. ft. training facility with certified and top level sports performance coaches and an elite curriculum in the field of sports performance.

The camp will help you improve your running technique, improve essential muscular movement patterns, and improve linear and lateral speed mechanics.

Session 1 is Dec 20, 21, 22, and 23.

Session 2 is Dec 27, 28, 29, and 30.

Time:  7 - 11 yr olds from 10 am - 11 am

            12 - 14 yr olds from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
