Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners

Who says you can't get a workout with yoga?  Think again!  In a carefully sequenced class, Char Daigle will lead Scarsdale Adult School students in poses that will allow the body to release deeply held tightness and tension, while gaining strength and flexibility.  Be prepared to sweat!  Combined with a little music, some candles, and a big final relaxation, what's not to love?  These Vinyasa yoga classes are geared for the beginner, though all levels are welcome.  Bring your own mat, or buy/rent one at the studio.  Classes are held at Yoga Station in Hartsdale.
