Water Aerobics Special at Saxon Woods Pool

SUMMER SWIMMING SPECIALS AT SAXON

For the first time, classes for parents and kids, lap swimming and water aerobics will be offered  at Saxon Woods Pool in White Plains this summer.

Have fun as you get your heart rate up and your blood flowing during Water Aerobics. The class is offered in 4 ½ feet deep water, and includes walking and/or running in the water, stretching, and the use of aqua "noodles" for a resistance workout.

The class meets on Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on July 10, 17, 24, 31 and August 7. Fee is $50 per person.

Price includes pool admission for participants. Participants must have a valid Westchester County resident Park Pass. Registration begins at the pool on Saturday, June 19, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
