Westchester Band

The 86 member Westchester Band presents their third free concert of the summer in Chase Park on Thursday, July 12th at 8:00pm. Conductor Alan Hollander has chosen a program related to dancing with selections from "The Lion King", Robert Russell Bennett's "Suite of Old American Dances", Big Band, Dixieland, marches and light classics, plus a mystery tune with a prize from one of Scarsdale's merchants. The band is supported by the Scarsdale Department of Parks and Recreation as well as Friends of Westchester Band a non profit organization that accepts donations. Bring your blanket or lawn chair an enjoy a musicial night on the town in the Village of Scarsdale.
