Federal Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Filed by Parents of Edgemont's Lauren Spierer

Charlene and Robert Spierer had sued two men, Jason Rosenbaum and Corey Rossman, who they believe might have information about Lauren.

A federal judge dismissed a civil lawsuit filed by the parents of missing Edgemont resident and Indiana University student Lauren Spierer, according to RTV6-TV.

Charlene and Robert Spierer had sued two men, Jason Rosenbaum and Corey Rossman, who the Spierers believe may have information that could lead to Lauren being found. The judge, however, said the Spierers did not present adequate evidence that the two had anything to do with her disappearance, RTV6-TV writes.

Lauren Spierer disappeared on June 3, 2011, in Bloomington, IN, after a night out with friends. The lawsuit stated Rosenbaum and Rossman had supplied her with alcohol and did not ensure that she safely returned to her apartment.
