Final Scarsdale Village Board Of Trustees Meeting With Current Members
The Board of Trustees bid farewell to one member at last night's meeting.
Last night's Scarsdale meeting was not the typical meeting. The twenty-fourth and final meeting of the current board spent the night handling business and bidding farewell to Trustee Richard S. Toder.
Toder completed his term with the board and wrapped up his final meeting with remarks, after being honored by the BOT and staffers at a dinner and "roast."
The trustees gave their fellow trustee a gift and Katherine Eisenman told Toder that, "Yours will not be an easy to chair to fill."

The retiring trustee served on the BOT for four years, and for three terms prior, and shared his praise for the teamwork, leadership and openness displayed by the board and the support staff.
"The reality is, this village is blessed to have" a staff and BOT so dedicated to the issues and community, he said.
