Greenburgh Sets November Date for Frank's Nursery Auction

The Town of Greenburgh will auction off the former Frank’s Nursery property on Nov. 13, 2014, according to Town Supervisor Paul Feiner.

Officials had considered an October date for the auction by settled on November to give GA Keen Realty Advisors more time to market the property.

The Greenburgh town Board voted to auction off Frank’s Nursery, on Dobbs Ferry Road on November 13th. We anticipate that the sale will take place on November 13th and will start publicizing the auction immediately. Our auctioneer, Harold Bordwin suggested that the Town Board hold the auction in November rather than October – providing his company with more time to effectively market the property.

The approved Bid Deadline is Wednesday, November 5.

The approved Auction Date is on or about Thursday, November 13.

The anticipated date for the Town to pass a resolution approving the sale is November 19.
