Hartsdale Pot Grow House Raided, 1 Arrest Made
Police said the man who was arrested lived in the house with his wife and four minor children.

GREENBURGH, NY — A marijuana grow house in Hartsdale was shut down and one man was arrested Wednesday. Members of the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force, Greenburgh Police Detective Division and Street Crime Unit, carried out a search warrant at a home on Ridge Road.
Police said they recovered about 17 marijuana plants, other marijuana individually wrapped for sale and equipment to grow the plants.
More than 1 pound of marijuana was seized during the search.

Layton McTavish, 38, who lives in the home with his wife and four children under the age of 18, was arrested and held for arraignment in the Town of Greenburgh Court.

McTavish was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony.
