League of Women Voters of Scarsdale General Membership and Consensus Meeting on Scarsdale Schools Bond Referendum Sept 29

On Monday, September 29, 2014, at 9:30 AM, the League of Women Voters of Scarsdale will hold a general membership meeting at Scarsdale Village Hall, third floor, to discuss the contemplated Scarsdale Schools $16.72M bond referendum. The School Board is scheduled to vote on the general terms of the referendum on October 6th. Members of the School Board and Superintendent Thomas Hagerman will attend the membership meeting and take Q & A. The general membership meeting is open to the public. Thereafter beginning at 10:30 AM, there will be a League consensus meeting, at which League members will come to consensus on whether the League supports the referendum as outlined by the School Board at its Board meeting on September 8th.
