WCBS news radio aired a story about the generous donation from Phelps s Hospital, White Plains Hospital and Westchester Medical Center for their generous donation of reflector arm bands to keep pedestrians safe and seen at night. Many pedestrians wear dark clothing at night - it's very difficult to see pedestrians at night unless they put on reflectors, use flash lights or have bright clothing on. Thank you to our caring hospitals for helping save lives!
