Little Free Library dedicated on East Hartsdale Ave

borrow a book, donate a book, read a book at the park

Last Sunday another Little Free Library was dedicated in Greenburgh at Bob Gold Park on East Hartsdale Ave. It’s a fantastic place for a Little Free Library –close to many apartment complexes on the Ave. A student intern, Yaniv Dardashti-Weisz, taped the ceremony. The link is below:

The new Little Free Library is happening thanks to the generosity of Angela Methans, Stephen Santangelo, and Melissa Berman. The Greenburgh Parks & Recreation Department also helped. This Little free library also had the support of students from Edgemont High School. A new ice cream shop -Gotham Freeze- also donated free ice cream samples to attendees. THANK YOU—the ice cream is delicious. The ice cream shop is located at 15 E Hartsdale Ave.

There are over 200,000 Little Free Libraries around the world. You can donate a book, take a book home from any of the libraries. This addition makes the newly renovated Bob Gold Park even more special.
