Man Confesses to Scarsdale Police for 2012 Georgia Homicide
Westchester County Jail records revealed that a man was arrested by Scarsdale police Friday.
SCARSDALE, NY — A man with no known connection to Scarsdale turned himself in last week in connection with a fatal shooting in Roswell, GA that happened five years ago.
The man’s name wasn’t released by Scarsdale police, but the Journal News said Kwayne Dozier, aka Kwame Dozier, 37, was arrested Friday on a fugitive from justice charge, according to Westchester County Jail records.
