Metro North marketing Hartsdale train station for tenant

Metro North is marketing space at Hartsdale train station (good news)
but...they still have locked commuters out of the waiting room (bad news)

Darren Gordon of Houlihan Lawrence (darrengordon@Houlihanlawrence.com) has advised me that he has an an agreement with CBRE to help them market and show space for Metro North to find a suitable tenant for a 10 year lease. A sign has been placed on the Hartsdale train station advertising the fact that the building is available for tenants. Local businesses will receive a brochure and the space will also be listed with Costar and Loopnet.

sign our petition to let commuters have access to the Hartsdale train station waiting room
It's going to get cold soon and commuters should be able to enjoy a clean, heated and comfortable waiting room (with rest room facilities) while waiting for their train. Metro North recently increased commuter fares. The cost of a security guard and heating would be a nominal expense for Metro North.
