Motorist, Asleep in Middle of the Sprain Brook, Arrested on DWI Charges
Francisco Montalvo Jr. of White Plains was arrested in Greenburgh.

New York State Police in Greenburgh Sunday arrested a 41-year-old White Plains man on felony Driving While Intoxicated charges after discovering him asleep at the wheel of his car stopped in the center lane of the Sprain Brook Parkway.
Francisco Montalvo Jr. was arrested just after 6 a.m. on Sunday. Below is the state police press release about the incident:
On August 17, 2014 at approximately 6:05 a.m., the New York State Police in Hawthorne arrested Francisco Montalvo Jr., age 41, of White Plains, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated.
The defendant was found asleep at the wheel and stopped in the center lane of the Sprain Brook Parkway, in the Town of Greenburgh. Investigation revealed that Montalvo was intoxicated.
Montalvo was charged with Felony driving while intoxicated due to a previous DWI related offense. Montalvo was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Greenburgh Court on August 28, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.
