Scarsdale invited residents to attend the dedication of the sculpture "Yearning" by Aris Demetrios in memory of former mayor Walter J. Handelman and his wife Judith on Monday, March 29.
Handelman, who passed away Feb. 2 of last year, served as mayor from 1993 to 1995. Photos were taken beforehand by Enid Alvarez.
