Normal sanitation calendar next week...$1 online water service charge to be eliminated...highlighting Matanzas Cuban Restaurant on E Hartsdale Ave

Some residents received a sanitation calendar earlier this year that had a mistake in it. Please be advised that next week is a normal sanitation calendar.

WE PLAN TO ELIMINATE THE $1 SERVICE CHARGE ON NEW ONLINE WATER PAYMENTS
We will be eliminating the $1- service charge on the new online water payment portal to process e cheques. Our MIS department is working on that today. Residents who paid the $1 fee will get a refund. I had objected to the $1 fee. This was never done before. Also, we don't charge the fee when people are paying their tax bills online.

Matanzas Cuban Cafe is a woman owned small business that aims to spark memories through food. It is an homage to the city of Matanzas, Cuba where my Mother's family is from.
We pride ourselves in using traditional family recipes that have been passed down through many strong matriarchal generations. To our family, food is love, food is comfort, food is home; and we want everyone in the community to experience traditional home cooked Cuban food. So please stop by, have a cafecito and feel at home!

Thank you,
Annarella Hernandez
