North White Plains Man, 22, Arrested on Drug Dealing Charges: Police
The investigation was conducted by members of the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force, Irvington Police and North Castle Police.

A 22-year-old North White Plains man was arrested Monday on drug dealing charges, following an investigation conducted by members of the Greenburgh Drug & Alcohol Task Force, Irvington Police and North Castle Police.
Kevin Serna was apprehended on Route 9 in Irvington at about 5:20 p.m. and charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a C Felony. He has pending charges for the same offense in Tarrytown, according to police, and charges are pending in North Castle.
Subsequent to the arrest, the task force and members of the North Castle Police Detective Division executed a search warrant at Serna’s residence on Washington Avenue in North White Plains, and recovered an as yet to be determined amount of cash, a “large quantity of Concentrated Cannabis (a controlled substance), Shatter (a form of marihuana concentrate), Marihuana, digital scales and packaging material.”

Serna was arraigned in the Village of Irvington Court where bail was set at $10,000 and bond at $30,000, and he was remanded to county jail. His next court date is set for Sept. 28. Arraignments in the Town of North Castle and Village of Tarrytown will be made at a later date.
