Overnight parking allowed Sunday...link: Town Bd honors teacher

Mandel Holland, a Social Studies Teacher at Woodlands High, was honored by the Greenburgh Town Board for being named the New York State History Teacher of the Year. Overnight parking allowed on residential streets Sunday night.

Sunday night to Monday --you can park on residential streets in the evening due to anticipated rain storm
Spoke with the Commissioner of Public Works and Police Chief. Because of the anticipated heavy rain storm on Sunday night parking on Sunday night will be allowed on residential streets.
We don't want people who live in flood zones to lose their vehicles due to flooding. We did something similar last Sunday night when heavy rain was also projected.
Between December 1st to March 15th residential parking on streets in the town is prohibited. This is a one day exception. Snow is not anticipated.
