Paving Work in Scarsdale to Cause Lane Closures
Traffic will alternate between lanes until the work is completed.
SCARSDALE, NY - Milling and paving could cause some traffic delays Monday in Scarsdale.
The Westchester County Department of Public Works issued an advisory that said Heathcote Bypass will be reduced to a single lane of alternating traffic between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday, April 18.
