Police Arrest 2 in Scarsdale with Fake ATM Cards

SCARSDALE, NY — Scarsdale police arrested two men from Queens who had 27 phony bank ATM cards.

Police said Yan Lin Liu, 33, and Huirong Liu, 24, who are Chinese citizens living in the U.S. on visas, had tried to make a transaction for more than $29,000 at a village bank, lohud.com said.
