Pomona Man, 35, Arrested on DWI, Speeding Charges in Greenburgh

Pomona resident Michael A. Minogue, 35, was arrested on misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated and speeding charges Aug. 21 after state police pulled him over on I-87.

The incident occurred at about 10:25 p.m. State police said Minogue ”was found to be intoxicated” and was transported and processed at the department’s Tarrytown facility, where he refused to take a breath test.

He was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on Sept. 15.
