My apologies to your residents - turns out there was a large tree that came down in that area which caused significant damage to our facilities. The intermittent outages they saw between Friday and Saturday were associated with emergency interruptions due to the ongoing facility replacements and repairs. In those cases, pre-notification isn’t always possible.
