Scarsdale Board of Education Begins School Budget Planning

The Scarsdale Board of Education will begin discussing next year’s school budget, during a meeting Monday, Nov. 17, at Scarsdale High School, the group announced.

The public is invited to attend Monday’s meeting:

The Board of Education of the Scarsdale Union Free School District will hold the following meetings on Monday, November 17, 2014, at Scarsdale High School (Brewster Road side of the school in the Board of Education wing):

1. At 5:15 p.m. the Board will hold a Special Meeting for Budget Planning, in the Central Office Conference Room. There will be a break at 6 pm.

2. At 6:30 p.m. the Board will Board will hold a Work Session and hear a presentation from the Center for Innovation, in Room 170-172

3. At 7:30 p.m.. the Board will hold a reception and informal meeting with the community in Room 170-172.

4. At 8:00 p.m. the Board will hold a business meeting in Room 170-172 and is expected to act on certain business items.

Members of the public are cordially invited to be present at the 5:15 pm special meeting, the 6:30 p.m. work session, the 7:30 pm community meeting, and at the 8:00 p.m. Board meeting, and to speak at designated times.
