Scarsdale B'way Star to Have Q&A After Port Chester MS Performance of 'School of Rock'

Port Chester is doing the first school performance in the county of the musical.

SCARSDALE, NY — Scarsdale resident Rachel Katzke, who is performing on Broadway in "School of Rock," will have a Q&A at Port Chester Middle School following a 4 p.m. performance Thursday, Feb. 2 of the musical at the school’s Archie Jacobs Auditorium.

Katzke, a student at the Music Conservatory of Westchester in White Plains, will speak to students about her current experience starring in the Broadway production of the show.

Port Chester Middle School is the first school production in the county of the Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hit show.

Students play electric guitar, electric bass, synthesizer, and drum live on stage as well as sing and dance.
