Update: Scarsdale, Edgemont High Schools Both Cancel Saturday's SAT Test

Updated at 2:54 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 23, 2014, to include information about Edgemont High School:

The SAT Administration scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24, at Scarsdale High School has been canceled due to the Winter Weather Advisory, school district officials announced Friday.

“ETS will be in touch with students who registered for an exam with a make-up date,” officials said in a statement.

Additionally, the test scheduled for Edgemont High School also was canceled:

“Due to the impending winter storm, all activities scheduled to take place in Edgemont schools on Saturday, January 24 have been canceled. This includes the administration of the SAT,” Edgemont officials posted on the district’s website.

Saturday’s forecast calls for snow and icy conditions.
