Scarsdale Couple Wins Lawsuit Over Errant Golf Balls

SCARSDALE, NY — A Westchester judge has ruled that the Quaker Ridge Golf Course must pay about $7,300 for golf balls that flew into a Scarsdale homeowner’s yard.
Leon and Gail Behar’s $3.7 million home is on Britany Close which runs parallel to the course’s second hole, according to an article on lohud.com.
