Scarsdale High School Student-Athlete James Nicholas Commits to Yale

James Nicholas, a senior at Scarsdale High School, has decided to attend Yale University in the fall and will play football and golf at the prestigious Ivy League school.

The Journal News reports that Nicholas also considered playing hockey at the school, too, but that season stretches into both the football and golf seasons, which would be difficult to handle.

“I knew I wanted to be at Yale,” Nicholas told The Journal News. “I knew the only way I could do that was to play football and golf, so I really chose the school first and the sports after.”
