Scarsdale Home Damaged when Cement Truck Tips Over
Mechanical failure is thought to be the cause.
SCARSDALE, NY — Mechanical failure is believed to be the cause of a cement truck overturning onto a home in Scarsdale.
The truck was working next door to a Wymore Road home when it tipped over, News 12 said.
