Power Restored To Scarsdale Middle School Tuesday Morning: UPDATE
Officials said the fire alarm system was running on back up power, and bathrooms were functioning during the outage.
UPDATE: The power has been restored to Scarsdale Middle School, according to a spokeswoman. Classes will continue as usual Tuesday.
SCARSDALE, NY — The Scarsdale Middle School lost power around 7:25 a.m. Tuesday. A spokeswoman for the district said the school has working bathrooms, and the fire alarm system is working on backup power.
Con Edison has been contacted, and parents received a Blackboard Connect message.
