Scarsdale Nonpartisan Party Candidates Retain Village Control

The totals are unofficial but include absentee votes.

SCARSDALE, NY — Challenges to the candidates selected for village offices by the Scarsdale Nonpartisan Party proved to not be enough to make dent in Tuesday’s election.

Dan Hochvert of the Scarsdale Nonpartisan Party received 2,005 votes to Voters Choice Party candidate Robert J. Berg’s 1,006 votes, according village officials.

The three Scarsdale Nonpartisan Party candidates for three vacant board seats came out on top as well.
