Scarsdale voters will be casting their ballots for County Legislator, state Supreme Court judge, District 9 and Town Justice during tomorrow's elections. Here's a round-up of candidate information and polling places so you'll be informed before submitting your vote.
County Legislator
The following individuals are running for two 2-year terms on the Westchester County Board of Legislators representing District 5 (White Plains, Scarsdale).

Pagan, who is running on the Republican and Conservative lines, stresses fiscal responsibility, her opposition toward the the Housing and Urban Development housing settlement and her support for County Executive Rob Astorino.
"If you're middle class, the money is being sucked out of your pockets," Pagan said .

"Fiscal responsibility is spending the people's money as if it were the people's money and not your money," she said. "It's not the government's money."
A White Plains resident, Pagan has a 16-year background in education and served as president of the Westchester County Women's Republican Club for four years and its treasurer for three years. She is currently its vice-president.
Incumbent Ryan, a Democrat bidding for an 8th term, plans to press the State to take over the local Medicaid costs, help create jobs and boost local economy with an economic development program and continue the county’s New Homes Land Acquisition and Housing Implementation programs to help create fair and affordable housing for working families.
"In the wake of the most serious economic decline since the Great Depression, many are re-thinking the traditional role of government," Ryan . "What services should government provide? How best to pay for those services? How should the service delivery system be structured? I want to be part of the process that considers and finds the best answers to these questions."
Ryan, a resident of White Plains for 22 years, has served for six years as Chair of the Westchester County Board of Legislators, a member of the State Assembly, president of the New York State Association of Counties and as a director of the National Association of Counties.
State Supreme Court Judge, District 9
Three candidates are running for two seats:
- Acting Supreme Court Justice Robert DiBellla
- Former Yonkers City Judge Edward Borrelli
- Attorney Paul Marx
Scarsdale Town Justice
Attorney Paul Levin is running unopposed for Scarsdale town justice. Levin, an attorney who attended New Rochelle High School and graduated from SUNY Buffalo and St. John’s Law School, will serve for four years if elected.
