Scarsdale Woman, 43, Arrested on DWI Charge on Taconic
Fitzgerald was found stopped in the right lane of the parkway at about 9:15 p.m.

Johanna J. Fitzgerald, 43, of Scarsdale was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated Monday night on the Taconic State Parkway near Mount Pleasant, according to state police.
Fitzgerald was found stopped in the right lane of the parkway at about 9:15 p.m., and upon review ”she exhibited clues” that she was inebriated. She subsequently registered a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.17 percent, said state police.

On December 15, 2014 at approximately 9:15 p.m., New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Johanna J. Fitzgerald, 43 years old, of Scarsdale, New York, for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Fitzgerald was arrested for DWI after police located the vehicle she was driving stopped in the right lane of the Taconic State Parkway. While troopers interviewed Fitzgerald, she exhibited clues that indicated she was intoxicated.
Fitzgerald provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .17% and was issued traffic tickets ordering her to appear before the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on January 8, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
