Sign petition urging landlord to replace Rite Aid with suitable tenant
Rite Aid, East Hartsdale Ave is closing in Feb. Seniors, without cars, relied on the pharmacy for eggs, milk, toiletries and essential items
I have created an online petition (link below) encouraging the landlord of the Rite Aid pharmacy on E Hartsdale Ave to find a suitable replacement. The recent sad news that Rite Aid will be closing in February is devastating to many seniors who live on E Hartsdale Ave who have depended on Rite Aid for milk, eggs, toiletries and other essential items. We hope that the landlord will find a replacement that will offer our community the same positives that Rite Aid did. Suggestions that residents have recommended include a grocery store, a 7-11 kind of convenience store, green natural organic grocery. Many seniors don't have cars and depend on stores they can walk to for essential items.
