Spring Is In Full Bloom At The Scarsdale Public Library

Spring is in the air and flowers will soon be in full bloom at the .

On Thursday, March 15, at 4 p.m. the children’s library will be doing a spring craft in the Scott Room.

Kids will get their very own flower pots, seeds and soil to plant their own flowers. Before they plant, the children will be able to paint their flower pots any way they choose.  With enough water, sunlight and love, they will soon see morning glories bloom.

Another fun craft the children will take part in that day is making a ‘growing flower’ out of paper.  Using colorful paper, crayons and markers, the librarians will show everyone how to make a flower that pops up before your eyes.

Registration is not required. Drop by, have fun and get ready for spring at the Scarsdale Public Library.
