"Volunteers may roll up their sleeves and get into gardening–dig, plant, water, weed or whatever needs doing. We’ll tiptoe through the gardens with glee," the Forum's announcement stated.
Steve Frantz, one of the organizers, said there will be more than 16 teachers (elementary through high school) participating in the event. "Many of them will have students as co-exhibitors," he said.

Also on Saturday, the high school will show off its gardening skills. High School Teacher Maggie Favrettti, with the help of her Garden Club students, will exhibit the high school's accomplishments by selling plants at the main entrance.
Attendees will have the chance to buy vegetables and flowers, or donate plants that the SHS Garden Club can use to plant at the high school, according to the Forum.
Inside, the SHS Garden Club will have an exhibit on display showing off their "exciting horticultural work."
