Thunderstorms And Showers In Scarsdale's Weekend Forecast
Here are the details on the changeable weekend forecast around Hartsdale.

SCARSDALE, NY — Very warm and humid conditions continue today with highs well into the 80s. Then showers and thunderstorms will be moving in Friday night into Saturday as low pressure approaches. And if you're headed upstate, check local weather for severe thunderstorms.
A cold front follows behind, and with a persistent, very humid air mass, locally heavy rain will be possible, meteorologists said.
But then the changes come, said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "We should see a period of showers on Saturday morning, followed by clearing skies and drier air late on Saturday. Then some seasonably cool and very dry air to close out our weekend on Sunday."

A band of severe weather moving from the Mideast across central New York shouldn't get to the Hudson Valley until too late for conditions to create thunderstorms and tornadoes.

A brief, drenching downpour and a few rumbles of thunder is more likely to dot the corridor from New York City to Washington D.C. late Friday night into Saturday morning, according to Renee Duff, AccuWeather meteorologist.
