Westchester Band Plays Final Scarsdale Concert in Chase Park
Thursday is the final concert in Scarsdale Village's Chase Park by the Westchester Band.
The Westchester Band will be performing their final concert this evening in Chase Park.
The Westchester Band is conducted by Alan Hollander, a professional musician since the age of 18, who has also conducted the American Wind Ensemble, Larchmont Symphony, and Westchester Pops. Hollander is also an adjunct professor of Oboe and Music Education for Lehman College, and the Band Director.
Each concert has featured a range of music from popular to opera, including well-known classics, show tunes, concert marches and the game "Name That Tune," where an attendant who guesses the correct song will win a prize.

To enjoy the last evening of this free treat, swing down to Chase Park on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. Attendees may bring lawn chairs, drinks and food.
In the event of rain, the concert will be moved to Edgemont High School.
