Tuckahoe Cheerleaders Bring Home Championship Title

The Tuckahoe Tigers Cheerleader won first place at the recent National High School Cheerleading Championship at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.

The squad won in the Senior Rec Division.

Coach Kaitlyn Partenza was amazed by the dedication of the cheerleaders.

“They gave up most weekends and evenings, missed out on time with friends and family, all with a goal in mind—to come home with the title of National Champions and the coveted white jacket,” she said.

This is the first team in Tuckahoe’s history to win a national title.
