Bronxville Farmers Market

Visit the Bronxville Farmers Market this Saturday, located on Stone Place at Paxton Avenue. The market will operate between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., rain or shine. Two organic farmers and thirty vendors will be present, all offering ingredients grown or processed locally.

Hamlet

The Breakfast Players acting troupe is putting on a performance of Hamlet tonight and Saturday night at 6 p.m., and Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m., at the Thelma Zimmer and William van Dorth Youth and Community Center. The play is being shown in memory and in honor of beloved English teacher at Ardsley High School, Rob Baird, who recently died from pancreatic cancer. After production costs, the profits from the show will be going to pancreatic cancer research. Tickets cost ten dollars. Grand Opening of Into Me Wellness Center

Into Me is a full service wellness center offering fitness training, colonics, Far Infra Red Sauna, Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, pain management therapy and more. On Saturday, Aug 10 at 10 a.m., Into Me is celebrating its grand opening with food, refreshments, a free raffle and 20 % off any service or package purchased. Free Craft Event for Kids

Every Saturday, Lakeshore Learning Center in Scarsdale offers free crafts for children. This week, the craft will be pet fish puppets. The center is located at 969A Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale, and the event takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Parent’s Survival Night

Every Saturday night, Little Gym offers a chance for parent’s to have a night out. Children ages three through nine are welcome to come to Little Gym for a pizza dinner, fun, fitness, games and gymnastics between 6:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Members and non-members alike are welcome to take advantage of this great opportunity. Stop by Petsmart this, and every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to check out adorable rescue kittens ready for loving homes. PetSmart is currently sheltering many wonderful, beautiful, friendly, healthy kittens of all colors, shapes, genders, personalities and sizes. Adoption fees apply.
