We have exciting news to share! The Vital Stretch, located at 700 Central Park Ave in the town of Greenburgh, next to F45 and 24 hours fitness, and directly across the Greenville Fire Department, is opening its doors on Tuesday April 8th, 2025. The Vital Stretch is a revolutionary approach to assisted dynamic stretching and flexibility training. With NASM trained and certified stretch practitioners, The Vital Stretch helps you move freely so you can live fully. Nested amongst other fitness studios and with plenty of onsite parking, it is an easy access on Central Park Avenue.

The owners - Saurabh Gupta and Surbhi Garg, long term residents of the town of Greenburgh (Edgemont School District), opened their first Vital Stretch studio in Rye in 2024. Their goal is to establish a premier wellness brand that enhances mobility, flexibility, and overall health in Westchester county with more studios planned for development in the coming months and years.
