Woman Arrested Attempting To Shoplift From Scarsdale Store
When confronted, the woman allegedly said the merchandise was from Walmart.
SCARSDALE, NY — A potential shoplifter was arrested after trying to steal from a Scarsdale grocery store. The manager told police he saw Katharena Zanders, 67, of Scarsdale, putting items into plastic bags.
When the manager approached her and told the woman to pay for the items, she claimed they were from Walmart, the Daily Voice said.
