7-Eleven Employee In Shirley Punched In Face By Customer: Police

He refused medical attention, Suffolk police say.

SHIRLEY, NY — An employee at a 7-Eleven in Shirley reported being punched in the face by a patron on Sunday afternoon, Suffolk police said.

The employee, a 64-year-old man who works at the chain's 525 William Floyd Parkway location, near the library, reported he was punched in the face by a male customer who fled in an automobile at around 2:45 p.m., according to police.

The employee refused medical attention, police said.
