MIDDLE ISLAND, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public's help in identifying a pair of suspects they say swiped around $100 in clothes from Walmart in Middle Island on Aug. 12.
It happened at the Middle Country Road store at around 7:15 p.m., according to police.
In an image from security video, the first woman can be seen wearing a black tank top and baseball cap, and white shorts. She was carrying a black tote bag. The second woman can be seen wearing a light-colored Adidas T-shirt and black pants, as well as white sneakers.
The crime has been classified petty larceny.
Officers from the 6th Precinct's Crime Section in Selden are investigating.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
